Fadi Khoury is an Agile transformation lead at Ford Motor Company. He has more than twenty years of experience in software development, software maintenance, testing, software lifecycle methodologies, IT portfolio management, program and project management, product management, product lifecycle, risk management, and strategy planning. Fadi manages a team of highly skilled Agile coaches in North America and Europe.

His team is responsible for providing coaching services across multiple Ford product teams. Previously, Fadi served as the lead for the IT project office at Ford Motor Credit Company, as a process consultant at Chicago Mercantile Exchange, and as an application architect at Web Soft Corporation.

Fadi holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Oklahoma City University, a Master of Science in Computer Science from Wayne State University, and a Doctor of Management in Information Technology from Lawrence Technological University.
