Being a multiple disciplined engineer (specializing in safety, process, project, and production) with cross-functional leadership skill and extensive knowledge in policy and regulations has allowed me to implement highly effective engineering solutions and provide guiding principles & standards for compliance while ensuring production/operation targets are met. Outside of work, I'm an enthusiastic advocate for women in STEM and leadership and community outreach programs for underprivileged and marginalized groups.
